sausage zucchini skillet

*3 med zucchini, chopped
*1/2 lb ground sausage
*1 stalk celery, chopped
*1/2 medium onion, chopped
*3 c. stuffing mix
*1 3/4 c. water

1. brown sausage well in a large pan. stir in onion, celery and zucchini and saute until almost tender.

2. add stuffing and water. bring to a boil. remove from heat, add lid to pan and let steam for 5 minutes.

3. stir well before serving.
