acbyron's tuna cakes

*3/4c. celery, chopped
*3/4c. onion, chopped
*2 tablespoons olive oil
*2 tablespoons cream cheese
*2 teaspoons lemon juice
*1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
*1/2-1/3c. breadcrumbs
*1 teaspoon dried dill
*2 cans tuna fish
*1 egg white

1. saute celery and onion in the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. combine all ingredients and mush together till moist and sticky.

2. divide into 10-12 equal sized balls and shape each into a little pancake. cook in same pan for about 2 minutes on each side.

3. serve with some tartar sauce.
