chickpea couscous

*1 can garbonzo beans
*1/2 c. couscous
*1 c. water
*1/4 teaspoon pepper
*1/3 c. raisins
*1 teaspoon olive oil
*1/2 teaspoon salt

1. combine all ingredients except for couscous in a medium saucepan. bring to a boil. add couscous and remove from heat.

2. let stand covered 5 minutes.

3. fluff with a fork and serve
