*1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
*2 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
*4-6 cuccumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced thin
*2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
*coarse salt and pepper
1. Wisk everything but cuccumbers till mixed and smooth.
2. add cuccumbers and toss to mix.
3. chill up to 4 hours before serving.
