*1/4 c. soy sauce
*1/2 c. seasoned rice vinegar
*2 tbsp. vegetable oil
*1/2 t. garlic powder
*1/2 t. ground ginger
*1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into pieces
* 1 medium red onion, cut into small wedges
*1 1/2 c. small broccoli flowerettes
*2 c. shredded cabbage (see options below)
*2 stalks celery, sliced
*1 c. carrot (see options below)
* 2 sweet bell peppers, thin sliced
*8 oz mushrooms, sliced
*1 c. cold water
*2 tbsp. cornstarch
* 1 tsp vegetable or chicken bouillon
*8 oz spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
directions
1. in a medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. add pork, cover and refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.
2. in a wok or large, deep, skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil. add pork mixture, broccoli, and onion and stir-fry for 2 min or pork is no longer pink. remove from pan and keep warm. add peppers, mushrooms, cabbage, celery, and carrots and a bit more oil. stir till crisp tender, about 5 minutes.
3. in a small bowl, combine water, cornstarch, and bouillon. stir into vegetables and cool till thickened. add pork mix and spaghetti; toss until thoroughly mixed. serve immediately.
