chicken pot pie

-1 2/3 c frozen peas and carrots
-2 c cooked chicken breast halves- chopped
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-1 c bisquick baking mix
-1/2 c milk
-1 egg

1. stir together vegetables, chicken, and soup. in a bowl, mix remaining ingredients till blended.

2. pour vegetable mix into 9" pie pan or 8x8 pan. pour bisquick on top.

3. cover properly and freeze.

4. thaw and bake at 400* for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

prep time: 10 minutes serves: 3-5

*note: this recipe is very easy to prepare in batches of 3 or 4 at a time. easy to stock the freezer with this recipe.
