-1 lb sirloin steak- sliced thin
-2 tbsp lime juice
-2 tbsp white wine vinegar
-1 tbsp salad oil
-1 tsp oregano
-2 cloves garlic
-6 flour tortillas
-10 oz frozen fajita style vegetables
1. place meat, veggies, and marinade ingredients in freezer bag.
2. bag tortillas seperately
3. thaw. fry all together till veggies are soft and meat is cooked.
4. serve with tortillas and optional salsa.
serves:6
*note: i took the cheater method and chopped 2 1/2 green peppers and one onion, threw in a package of fajita seasoning, and chopped meat. this is our family's fajita preference, and took out some steps.
